What was the highlight of Regency Tunis Hotel
Lovely stay with attentive and caring staff.
The staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially with our two kids. We arrived at the hotel to fresh juice while we checked in. Later, a plate of sweets and fresh fruit were delivered as a welcome present. The hotel has lots of space to explore and the grounds were lovely. The indoor pool was heated, which our kids loved. Our room has a lovely enclosed terrace with views of the outdoor pool and ocean. The food was excellent at the hotel and the room service had incredible options. The breakfast was expansive and of good quality. There was even a customer service staff member regularly greeting us daily and helping book cabs.
The room key often did not work and took several times to get into our room - which after a few days is annoying, especially when you are coming back from the pool with kids. Some parts of the hotel also look a bit old and need some attention.

We were dissatisfied with the quality of the food. Irrespective of the hotel's pricing, there is room for improvement, particularly considering it was not during the festival season, and the hotel was not crowded.

The decoration and location of the hotel is great! It is neat and tidy. The staff in general is quiet good, except at the lounge.
The hotel is very old, and the door locks and telephones are not working properly. The door locks cards keep on not working i had to go to the reception every time, and not one small apology! The room phones are not working, and when they work the reception and restaurant service dont answer.
